FOR EACH, A WORLD

This group exhibition, For Each, A World, brings together the works of seven international artists, each weaving a vibrant mosaic of stories shaped by their distinct environments, narratives, and artistic approaches. Every piece reflects a unique world—a deeply personal lens where tradition, imagination, and emotion converge to forge connections across boundaries and cultures.

As the gallery approaches a reflective hiatus, this final exhibition celebrates its unwavering commitment to showcasing diverse voices from around the globe. It presents stories that resonate far beyond borders, honoring the power of art to inspire dialogue and expand perspectives.

In a contemplative exchange, Jumaadi (Indonesia) and Sunaina Bhalla (India) reflect on the passage of time and the resilience of the human spirit. Jumaadi’s works, rich with layered symbolism, explore memory and tradition, while Bhalla’s evocative compositions transform personal and cultural narratives into vivid, tactile expressions. Together, their practices highlight the enduring threads of heritage and introspection, offering worlds steeped in the beauty of remembrance.

From Turkey, Özer Toraman’s bold use of flat color planes and precise details creates enigmatic portals that oscillate between abstraction and realism, drawing viewers into layered visual narratives. Similarly, American artist Anna Valdez’s intricate and immersive compositions beckon audiences into lush, dreamlike interiors. Her works, abundant with patterns and symbolic objects, open gateways to imaginative landscapes, making visible the inner worlds of the artist.

South Korean artist Sarah Lee’s gestural brushstrokes delve into the complexities of the mind, embracing ambiguity and emotional nuance. In contrast, Thai artist BeChanida’s spontaneous and visceral expressions distill fleeting impressions and condensed emotions, inviting reflection on the fluidity of thought, feeling, and the natural world.

For Each, A World offers an intimate glimpse into the myriad ways these artists shape and share their unique universes. Each work stands as a testament to the richness of individual vision, while the exhibition as a whole underscores the profound connections that arise from this plurality of worlds. Together, these seven artists create a dynamic dialogue, inviting us to explore the threads that bind us across cultures, geographies, and experiences.
